Hello and thank you for your interest in learning more about this opportunity.
My name is Dru Carpenito and I’m a Franchise Consultant who helps people around the country find and buy the right non-food franchise.
I’m hiring some part-time support to help me and my candidates.
This is a work-from-home gig with roughly 10-15 hours of work needed. There are no set hours, and, quite frankly, I don’t care when or how you get your stuff done, as long as it’s done.
This is a good fit for someone who’s looking to work a few hours during the core hours of the day (like when your kids may be at school).
The general type of work falls into the three buckets below.
Some of it is behind-the-computer work and some will be interacting with franchise candidates over the phone and email.
So, if you like a good mix of working with people and doing administrative and coordinating-type things, you’ll like this.
Here are the three buckets of work:
Bucket #1: Candidate Support – assist in scheduling people who are interested in learning more about starting a non-food franchise. All inquiries are inbound so there will be some call and email follow-up to candidates who want to schedule a call.
Bucket #2: Marketing Coordination – post already curated content on social media, manage the creation of new content through vendors and me, find guests for my podcast (called Franchise Masters). Also, run key metrics each week to track marketing activities. For instance, there are probably some typos in this post. You’ll help me avoid that in the future.
Bucket #3: Pipeline Support – support me in managing my pipeline of candidates and the various stages of due diligence they’re in.
Now, let’s talk money.
I’m paying $20/hour for 10-15 hours a week plus a bonus for each franchise deal.
If you’re good, you should earn $15,000 – $20,000 working from home.
What we do is fun…we literally help people change their lives through entrepreneurship.
If you’re interested in discussing this, shoot me an email (email@example.com).
Please include a little about yourself, your professional background, and why you’re interested in this position.
Thanks for your interest in working together,
