Part of the art of finding the right franchise to invest in is looking in places that most people aren’t looking and getting information that most people don’t have.
I mean…
Why would a successful real estate investor invest in a certain hair care franchise and open fifteen of them?
Why would an attorney for one of the world’s largest manufacturing companies quit his job to start a particular disaster restoration franchise?
Why would a very successful corporate executive decide to open multiple locations of an emerging franchise (while he kept his job)?
Why would an accountant, banker, and entrepreneur all invest in the same boutique fitness franchise (and each open multiple locations)?
Here’s a hint…
After digging in behind-the-scenes, they figured out that these franchises aligned with their skills, what they like doing and, most importantly, presented the opportunity to achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.
And you know what?
None of these people found these franchises by surfing the internet or going to franchise expos.
You see, they had insider information from someone (hint: it was me) who told them about their opportunity and they did their research to figure it all out.
The point is, they were able to find the right franchise at the right time because they had behind-the-scenes information and insight that most people didn’t have.
On a personal note…
…If you would have told me years ago that I own the franchise that I own, I wouldn’t have believed you. And that’s coming from someone who preaches about keeping an open mind! Just being honest with you.
When I learned about this opportunity, I did take a hard look at it with an open mind and realized that my personal skill set and what I actually enjoy doing was a perfect fit to make this business go.
To color that up a little, I very much enjoy and have had success developing a team of people to achieve certain objectives. I enjoy the relationships that are formed along the way. I also quite enjoy the financial benefits and the lifestyle it enables me to have when a team of people are working cohesively to run a business (and it’s not all dependent on me). In other words, I’m working on the business, not in it.
This franchise also has strong systems, support, and technology in place that I don’t have to build or worry about.
And the people are amazing.
You see, I know about a lot of high-quality franchises and the characteristics to look for in a franchise (and I also know about which ones to avoid).
After all, I should, right? I’ve been doing this franchise thing for 13 years. And this franchise checked my boxes.
Now, this franchise wasn’t on any of those franchise rankings websites.
No, I was turned on it to by someone who knew I was looking for an investment.
So, I ended up getting referred to it, did a ton of research, and decided to go for it.
Anyway, back to the point of this email…
If you’re thinking about starting your own business and are interested in exploring whether or not there is a franchise out there that would be the right fit, I’m happy to help.
If you think I might be able to help you, let’s have a conversation and go from there.
Pretty simple, right?
If you’re interested, let’s set up a time to talk ASAP.
I’ll answer any questions you have, and I’ll ask you a few myself.
And if we both decide we’re a good fit, then we can move forward.
And if we don’t, that’s fine. If you’re happy, I’m happy. It really is that simple.
To schedule your conversation, all you have to do is find a day and time on my calendar that is convenient for you.

Cheers,

P.S. It doesn’t cost you anything to work with me.
Now, when you do find the right franchise to open, you will invest some (or a lot) of money to get that business open so I don’t want you to think that I offer some magical-free-golden-ticket that you can use to avoid investing money and hard work into building your own successful franchise business.
Because that’s not the case. There is no way to avoid those two things.
A big key to success and happiness is finding the right franchise where your investment time and money will be worth it.
Anyway, my point is, you don’t pay me anything for the time I spend helping you find and research high-quality franchises (I’m paid like an executive recruiter if you’re curious). And, I love doing what I do!
To book a call with me, just find a good one on my calendar: https://calendly.com/dcarpenito/intro
